While working as an IT engineer at a large enterprise, I explore work methods, intellectual production, and ways of collaborating. Drawing on my experience as a neurodivergent person, I have observed individual adaptation strategies and friction within organizations, and have continued to verbalize, structure, conceptualize, and turn them into tools. I have also published the results as articles, books, software, and documentation. I am currently aiming to connect insights developed at the individual level to organizational validation and social implementation.

Areas of Interest

• Problem definition over problem solving: How can practices such as verbalization, structuring, and conceptualization gain legitimacy?
• Collaboration that works in a VUCA and DEIB era: What does collaboration look like when it takes developmental traits, cognitive traits, and lifestyle orientations into account?
• Establishing self-directed exploration: How can we build systems for intellectual production, task management, and self-management?
• Implementing diversity: How can we move diversity beyond ideals and embed it into operations?

  • Assuming collaboration with AI agents as a given, how can we make the most of AI’s capabilities?

• Rethinking Intellectual Production:
  • What is intellectual production in the first place? What is “knowledge”? How is it created, and how can it be validated? How can we make it accessible to everyone?

  • If organizational bottlenecks can also arise from a “lack of autonomy,” then how should autonomy be cultivated? Could this be developed as task management?
